Delivery

When is my order shipped ?

The parcels are shipped within 48 to 72 hours and delivery times vary depending on your location (check the shipping policy for more details).

How much is the delivery ?

The delivery is worldwide completely free!

Not all the items of my order arrived.

Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments, depending on the number of items and their locations in different warehouses.

How can I track my order ?

You can click the ‘Track My Order’ link in the footer or directly here. Then, enter your order number (provided in the shipping confirmation email) to track your parcel.

I did not reveived my order.

Return and Refund

Can I modify my order ?

Yes, as long as your order has not reached the "in process" stage.

Can I cancel my order ?

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. For any details on your order contact us at hello@sleepy-hug.com

Can I return my order ?

Our items undergo rigorous quality control before being shipped. However, if you find a manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product (with the original packaging, if possible) to hello@sleepy-hug.com, along with your order number. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

If you do not want the product anymore, contact us at hello@sleepy-hug.com with all the informations and reasons of why you want to return the product.

Please note that returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery, and all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
